Owner of the Helmets has been found and he is not even a member or MDC Standing Committee.

Mitchel Chibwe, the businessman who, reportedly, bought the recently recovered 210 old police helmets at an auction has just finished a 5-hour long meeting with the Police Law and Order section and has not been charged with a crime.
